• We know the market extremely well. The reality is that by showing many, many properties we know not only what's on the market, but what's coming on the market soon, what deals are being offered by developers, and what issues might be affecting the sale of units that have been on the market awhile.
• We don't represent any builders or developers. We don't have a hidden agenda to sell you a unit in one specific building or development. We ONLY represent you and never have "dual-agency" relationships.
• Agents and developers know us well. Being number one in Seattle makes this a given. But this helps us (and you!) in many ways. First of all, other agents who work with us know they will have a smooth transaction with knowledgeable and experienced agents that have a reputation of handling everything professionally. They also are careful to keep us apprised of any upcoming projects that we might have clients for.
